I don’t know about you but I LOVE on-line shopping and that feeling you get when you’re package is delivered! That’s why I was SO EXCITED when Graze Box sent me my first personalized box of their fun nutritious snacks!

As I’ve mentioned in earlier posts, I’m trying to change my lifestyle (as many of us are after pigging out during the Holidays!) by exercising and eating healthier foods! That’s why I was so happy to try out the Graze Box subscription of healthy, wholesome (and not boring) snacks!

Graze Box is a really cool concept which was created by 7 friends in the UK who were looking for a better way to snack but could not find options that were healthy and tasty. So they got creative in the kitchen, quit their day jobs (I love it when people do that!) and set out to make the good choice, the exciting choice!

Here’s how it works:

First, you go to their website, graze.com, and sign up for their subscription by creating a custom snack profile with your taste, dietary, and delivery preferences. Then they will handpick a personalized graze box just for you! The fun part is that every time you receive your Graze Box in the mail, you will be surprised by the yummy snacks that were handpicked for you according to your chosen preferences. If you don’t like surprises and would prefer to select your own snacks, you can do that too! They have over 100 nutritionist approved yummy snacks that you can choose from!

How often do you get a box:

You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries of your Graze Box subscription.  They even give you a snooze option if your going on vacation!

How much does it cost:

The Graze Box subscription starts at $13.99 a month per box. If you’d rather not have a subscription, you can also simply shop for whatever snacks you want a la carte at graze.com/shop.  Each snack ranges in price from $3.99 to $8.99 approximately.

I love this company because they think the same way I do when it comes to food! They don’t believe in fad diets, self-denial or complicated rules.  They believe that healthy eating should be exciting and that you should be able to enjoy a treat every now and then.

Their nutritionist approves of every one of the snacks created in their kitchen.  They do not use any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.  They believe in portion control so their snacks are small and low calorie but very satisfying. They never have too much salt or too much sugar and every one of their snacks always has a nutritional benefit.

If you read my post on 5 Tips to Stay in Shape in (Jan/2018) you may remember that one of my tips was to eat 5 meals a day…..Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner with 1 small snack in between each meal.  The snacks from Graze Box have been my go to snack between Lunch and Dinner every since I received my first box.  I love that it gives you me a mid-afternoon “pick me up”!

I also love that the Graze Box team makes it so easy for you to have different snacks each day without having to go to the grocery store and stock up on bags and bags of all the variety you get with in a Graze Box.

  20. Oh wow! I havent ever heard of them!But seriously a great idea! I think 5 “meals” a day is key too! Small and healthy snacks in between meals is perfect! (Also, how cute is their packaging!)
