Emmy & Sofi just had a great first week of school this past week and what a better way to celebrate than to go to Walmart – America’s Best Toy Shop and buy them a new puppy! I mean how could I not? I spent the last few days before school started sort of worrying if they would cry without me or miss me too much. Boy was I surprised! They did so awesome and they had huge smiles on their faces when I dropped them of in their classroom! That’s why I thought it was the perfect idea to surprise them with a trip to their favorite toy story – Walmart!
We all now that Walmart has great prices for everyone, but did you know that Walmart is very often the first to market with the newest and hottest toys around? Walmart has an extensive assortment and the largest selection of toys anywhere! My daughters can spend hours interacting with toys there! It always makes for a fun shopping experience!
They fell in love with their puppy as soon as they saw him. His name is Howie! He barks, he howls and these girls absolutely adored him at first sight! Oh and they will be getting a real life puppy in their lives very soon so stay tuned!
The great thing for me is that Emmy & Sofi were so happy at school….with the most amazing teacher (that also taught my older twins) and getting to meet new friends that their excitement for school still continues today! I hope it lasts the whole year!

Ahh, this is such a cute puppy. We used to always convince our mom to take us to Walmart to get new toys, so love that nothing has changed!

Oh my gosh, I always wanted a furReal as a kid, but my mom thought they were annoying and I never got one haha. Your girls are lucky duckies to get one of these fun toy animals. What a great back-to-school gift!
