One of my favorite things about going into a New Year is that you get to start daydreaming of where you want to go on Summer break! I know it’s a bit early to start talking Summer vacation but I swear as soon as the New Year rolls around hubby and I start asking each other, “so, where do you wanna go on Summer vacation.” I think that’s one of our favorite subjects to talk about! If it were up to us we’d be traveling ALL the time but we do have 5 kids who are in school so we have to wait and adjust to their schedules! Plus it gives me a few months to do work out and hopefully do some sit ups to get my body “bikini ready”!
One thing I already have though (and I just got ’em this week) are my cute carry-on bag (the St. Anne Tote from Barrington Gifts) with matching personalized passport holder, and accessory case! I LOVE my new St. Anne Tote from Barrington Gifts and here’s why:
THE DESIGN
1. First of all I LOVE that they have so many designs to choose from. You can literally go to their website and design your own bag. First they have you choose the color design. Then you choose the colors of your stripes (You don’t have to choose stripes but I think they look so cute)! After that, you get to personalize your bag with your initials which makes it so darn cute! Last but not least you get to choose what color of leather you’d like your trim to be. I chose a light beige leather trim because I know I will not only be using this bag as a travel carry-on bag, but I’ll probably be using it daily because the color will be great for Summer!
THE SIZE
2. Second, I LOVE that its so spacious! You can fit everything in there from your laptop, to your headphones, make-up case, snacks for you and the kiddos, and even some cute ballerina flats for when you’re running around the airport trying to catch your connecting flight! I always take an extra sweater from Zara and that also fits in the bag easily!
THE EXTERIOR
3. The exterior is made of a durable, water-resistant Ballistic Nylon and it’s accented with premium Florentine leather. What this basically means to you is that this is not one of those bags that you have to be worrying about constantly. If it gets dirty with food or a drink it can be wiped off easily! So if you have children this bag is definitely for you! The straps are leather which just adds a nice touch to the total look of the bag.
THE INTERIOR
4. The inside of the bag is made of a soft natural cotton canvas. There are 3 small open pockets which are perfect to fit your iPhone and any other small items you may have. There is a larger zipper pocket that can easily fit your passport, other important documents, or all your cute lip-glosses!
IT’S SO LIGHTWEIGHT!
5. Last but not least, it’s so lightweight its not even funny! The size of the bag measures 20″L x 13″H x 5″D with a strap drop of 9″. The bag is so big that you’d think it’s heavier but it’s not! You can just throw everything in there and not feel like you’re carrying rocks!
The St. Anne Tote will definitely be coming with me on my next trip, but you’ll more than likely be seeing me with this bag A LOT in the coming days because its so practical and it’s so stinkin’ cute!
I also got the personalized Glasgow Passport case and the personalized Highclere Accessory case so I am so set! Now to think of where to go…..hopefully the beach! I’ll keep you guys posted though!
